Can I request legal help today?

Currently open to invited participants using sample information. Public legal-service requests are not yet available. Creating an account does not start a legal engagement.

How much does it cost?

Your lawyer states the fee in pesos, and what it covers, in the engagement offer. Nothing is charged before you accept, and additional work needs a newly agreed scope. The current evaluation uses sample information and creates no real payment.

Do I need an account?

Not to start. You can describe what happened first; you sign in when you send the request, so your lawyer can reply securely. Wait for your lawyer’s instructions before sharing documents.

Can I get a document notarized?

In person, through a notary public. The directory lists participating offices and what to bring. A request is not a confirmed appointment or a notarization. Bring the document unsigned and a valid government ID.

Is electronic notarization available?

Not yet. BatasHub does not currently offer electronic notarization. It stays closed until the facility is accredited and the professional, identity, signing and Court controls are satisfied. A notarized document is handled by a notary public in person. The directory lists participating offices.

What if I can’t afford a lawyer?

If you qualify, the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) gives free legal assistance, and Integrated Bar of the Philippines chapters run legal aid programs. The income figures are on the legal aid page. That page does not decide whether you qualify.
